I’ve always had fine hair and a lot of it, and since I’ve been in menopause, it’s definitely thinned. I dye my hair which helps increase the fullness, and I have a good hairdresser who helped me find a style that makes my hair look fuller.💕
Fuck these doctors who haven’t done their homework on menopause.😤
I am pretty sure my hairline is receding and thinning. Out of all of my symptoms from this stage in life, I find this the most deeply upsetting. For one, I already have a high forehead. And it is true that a woman’s hair it so tied up in out ideas of beauty. I don’t know what to do about it and it makes me feel helpless. I’m only 45 and and I do have to wonder how much worse is it going to get??

Glad you have a hairdresser that is helpful. That's really important.
IFor some reason my hair is still not greying so I've never colored it. Didn't realize that color would add a bit of fullness. 🤔

Agree, I also hate this so much and I know that it's vanity but I really dislike the way my forehead keeps getting bigger and more prominent 🙄
My hair is thinning too. So frustrating 😿
It's so frustrating and also scary because you're never sure where it'll end and when 🙁
Yes 😭
