Love this perspective. Menopause, health, and diet (among many, many other things) are all so individually driven. What works for some won't work for all of us, and it's important to recognize that.

I did IF for several years, then stopped because I was pregnant. It worked for me, but honestly I don't know if there were any major changes. The biggest benefit I got from it was no more snacking at night. You're right--there's no one diet that works for all of us. Our bodies are all different.

Yes, I totally see how it would curb the late night snacking. I've cut down on that too. mostly because it gives me heartburn when I eat to close to going to bed. I try to not eat a couple of hours before lying down. It is some form of IF I guess 😅

IF is all the rage right now; but, I agree. It’s not for me. I love food and I love drinking and I love my wine. I’m 58 years old, with very few vices, and I damn well deserve to eat, drink that attitudinal grape juice and be freaking merry! 😂😂

I am a human who teaches Yoga, and it’s not always pretty, but it does keep you flexible, which equals mobile and participating in life; hiking, marching in a parade, going to the grocery store.

At our age, we need less pretzel and more wisdom.😂😂♥️
